The documents below form the technical and financial basis of the completion phase of universal access to electricity:
- the consolidated SAAUE 2029 report, which includes the Consolidated Investment Plan and the project sheets;
- the list of localities still to be electrified, not covered by ongoing projects, as a spreadsheet and as a Google Earth map layer;
- the technical minimums for solar mini-plants: MC 2.0 specifications and specifications for the AC and AC/DC configurations.
