Reference documents of the Consolidated Investment Plan (PIC) of the Universal Electricity Access Completion Strategy.
The documents below form the technical and financial basis of the completion phase of universal access to electricity:
- the consolidated SAAUE 2029 report, which includes the Consolidated Investment Plan and the project sheets;
- the investment prospectus, setting out the residual financing needs (FCFA 395.8 billion), the financing strategy and the partnership opportunities open to financial institutions, development partners and the private sector;
- the electrification project portfolio, describing the nine lots open to unsolicited private-sector proposals - MV/LV grid extension, mini-grids and standalone solar home systems - with, in annex, the list of localities in each lot by territorial pole;
- the technical minimums for solar mini-plants: MC 2.0 specifications and specifications for the AC and AC/DC configurations.
